The Career Journey You'll Take

Hiring

Apply and be selected to take part in our unique hiring process where you’ll be able to demonstrate to us why you are right for the bounce scheme.

Training

Once selected, you will receive training to ensure that you are ready to excel across all your rotations. This will include insights from industry experts as well as technical and soft skill training.

Your Rotations

Complete up to four 6-month rotations, gaining a range of skills and experience with each placement, alongside developing an understanding of where you would like to start your full time career.

Your Dream Job

Roll off into your permanent dream job at one of your previous rotations. If you still haven’t found a match, the experience you have gained will help you when applying to different careers.
