Through our rotational graduate scheme, we place graduates into 4 roles at different companies over 24 months — giving them the skills, exposure, and clarity they need to launch their careers with confidence.

🔄 About the Programme
You’ll rotate through 4 business placements across growth-stage startups, scale-ups, and SMEs in sectors like tech, finance, sustainability, and marketing. Each rotation lasts 6 months, giving you hands-on experience, training, and mentorship in roles such as: strategy & operations, marketing & growth, product & data, finance & business intelligence, people & culture. Between placements, Bounce provides 1-on-1 coaching, workshops, and peer support to help you reflect, grow, and prepare for the next challenge.

Recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) from any discipline, curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in fast-paced environments, strong communicator and team player, problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity, no specific experience required — just potential and drive.
